FAQs

Where are you located and what areas do you serve?

1

While our roots are in Texas, our expertise spans multiple states! We currently provide services in Texas, Colorado, Arizona, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, New Mexico, and Oregon.

If your state isn't on the list yet, don't worry—we’re always eager to expand into new areas. Reach out to our Practice Director today; we'd be delighted to discuss the possibilities with you!

Billing Services: Every client's journey is a little different, so we structure our billing contracts to match your specific goals through a standard hourly fee schedule.

Consulting Services: 1-on-1 sessions: $150 per hour. Group Sessions (2+): $100 per hour/per person. Once you submit your intake forms, we dive right into reviewing your practice needs! To secure your reserved time on our schedule, we just ask for a 50% deposit within 48 hours of intake submission. If we don't receive it in that window, we’ll need to open that time slot up for others.

We are also deeply committed to accessibility. Our Resource and Advocacy Hub is always completely free for all patients and providers!

From there, you can securely pay using your preferred method—whether that’s a credit card, debit card, or direct bank transfer. If you ever have questions about an invoice, our team is always here to help!

What services do you NOT offer?

6

At Sage Behavioral Billing, we pride ourselves on giving our absolute best to our specialized core services. To maintain the highest standard of care and accuracy for your practice, there are a few specific areas we do not directly manage:

  • Credentialing Services: While we are happy to offer light guidance where we can, full credentialing is a unique process outside our main scope. We are actively working on building trusted partnerships with credentialing experts so we can seamlessly refer you to top specialists when you need them!

  • Initial Authorizations: We offer comprehensive tracking and courtesy notifications to alert your team when an authorization is coming due. However, we do not submit or create initial authorization requests for services.

  • Pre-Existing Accounts & Legacy Claims: We prioritize optimizing your current and future billing workflows. However, we can assist with pre-existing account cleanups on a selective, project basis billed at a flat hourly rate. Please refer to the legacy claims section in your service contract for more details!
